How fast does Patchistry ship?

Orders ship in 2-3 business days from our SoCal HQ. US domestic delivery is 3-5 business days. If your event is closer than that, message us before ordering — we will prioritize it.

Can we order matching builds for the whole group?

Yes. Group orders of 5+ matching builds get same-batch fulfillment within 2 business days from SoCal. Message us before placing the order so we batch the same canvas color and patch placement for visual consistency.

What if a patch falls off?

Patchistry Fiber is engineered to hold through pool days, beach days, and the inevitable hugging moment. If anything falls off, message us with the order number and we'll sort it.

Can I reuse the canvas after the event?

That's the entire point. Peel the event-specific patches off when you're done, stack new ones for the next event. Same canvas, completely different identity.

How does the patch system work?

Every Patchistry hat is built on Patchistry Fiber, a custom loop weave developed over two years. The entire front panel and the brim are loop, so hook-backed patches press on anywhere you want them and peel off clean without damaging the canvas.

Can I ship directly to the recipient?

What if they don't like one of the patches I picked?

They can gently remove a patch and swap in another design. Follow the attachment and care instructions. For returns, read the return policy and request approval before sending anything back.

Do gift cards exist?

Yes. The Patchistry Build Voucher comes in $50, $75, and $100 options so the recipient can choose their own pieces and patches.

Can the recipient buy more patches later?

Yes. Hat patches are sold individually: Candyz are $5 each and Signature patches are $10 each. The recipient can choose more designs in Build Yours.
