What does it cost to build?

Do the arithmetic out loud. The hat is $30. A Signature is $10, so a hat with one Signature is $40, with two it is $50, with three it is $60 before the volume meter. If you only want the stuffer and not the hat, a Candyz is $5 and a Signature is $10, full stop.

Is the patch surface hook and loop, and how does a patch hold?

In principle, yes. The patch has hook on its back, the hat has loop on its face, and the two grip when pressed together. Same mechanism you already know from a jacket cuff or a gear strap.

Are the patches embroidered?

No. Every patch is UV printed, never embroidered, which is why fine type survives at one inch instead of turning into thread mush.

What if it is not right?
