Why is The Canvas — Black ranked higher than the patches?
Different category. The Canvas is the hat itself — the foundation that every patch attaches to. Most customers buy one Canvas and 2-6 patches per order. So the Canvas shows fewer total orders but is in nearly every build.
What is the most-ordered build (Canvas + patches together)?
The Canvas — Black + Liquor Where She Likes It + Hand Cuffs + Lips is the most-repeated combination — typically ordered in 4-8 hat group bachelorette runs. Total at retail: ~$50 per hat, ~$40 per hat at the 12+ group order discount tier.
Can I order just the patches if I already have a hat?
You can buy patches individually, yes — but they only grip Patchistry Fiber loop weave on the front panel of a Patchistry Canvas hat. Standard cotton trucker fabric does not have enough loop density to hold the hook backing securely.
