What if a patch falls off?

Patchistry Fiber is engineered to hold through pool days, beach days, and the inevitable hugging moment. If anything falls off in the first 90 days under normal wear, we replace it free — just message us with the order number.

Can I reuse the canvas after the event?

That's the entire point. Peel the event-specific patches off when you're done, stack new ones for the next event. Same canvas, completely different identity. The hat lives for years.

How does the patch system work?
