How fast does shipping take if I need it by Father's Day (June 15)?
Order by June 12 and select expedited shipping at checkout. Orders placed by 12pm PT ship same-day from our SoCal HQ. US domestic delivery is 2-5 business days. If you're cutting it close, message us before ordering and we'll prioritize the build.
What if he doesn't get the humor on a specific patch?
Patches peel off in two seconds. The canvas stays untouched. If a patch lands wrong, swap it out for something else from the catalog — you'll be ordering from us again anyway once he wears the hat for two weeks.
Is this gift-worthy on its own or do I need to add something?
A complete build (canvas + patches) ships in a single box with brand packaging. It looks finished. If you want to extend it, we recommend adding 2-3 Candyz patches as bonus options he can swap in later.
Will it survive his actual daily wear?
The hat is structured 6-panel construction designed for daily wear. Patchistry Fiber holds patches through pool days, beach days, BBQs. If anything falls off in the first 90 days, we replace it free.
Can I add a personalized note to the package?
Yes — use the cart note field at checkout. The note prints on the packing slip and the build gets hand-packed with it in SoCal.
