Brian couldn't find a hat that worked for his costume. So he made one that could become any costume. Three years later, Patchistry exists because of that one bad October. Here's how to use The Canvas for the holiday that started it all.

How to use The Canvas for Halloween

One hat. Multiple costume directions.

The Canvas is intentionally neutral. Pick the colorway that complements your costume:

Black canvas — for any dark or gothic costume. Witch, vampire, biker, post-apocalyptic, generic streetwear-villain. Lets the patches do the costume.
Khaki canvas — for outdoor / safari / western / construction / generic-dude-from-a-movie. Pair with theme-relevant patches.
Pink canvas — for Barbie, mermaid, sweet-villain, 80s-revival, Y2K, anything cute-and-loud. Pink lets patches read as costume rather than wardrobe.

If I'm last-minute, will it arrive in time?

Orders by 12pm PT ship same-day from SoCal. US delivery is 2-5 business days. If Halloween is within a week, message us before ordering and we'll prioritize the build.

Can I return the hat after Halloween?

If the patches have never been applied, yes — 30-day returns on unused builds. Once a patch is attached and peeled, it's considered used. So our recommendation: try the build at home before the event to confirm the lineup.

Will the patches survive a sweaty Halloween night?

Patchistry Fiber holds patches through pool days, beach days, and three-day festivals. A Halloween party is not even on the difficulty scale. If anything falls off in the first 90 days, we replace it free.
