Born from one bad Halloween in a SoCal garage.

In 2023, Brian couldn't find a hat that felt like him on any given night. Every hat in his closet ended up saying one thing — one logo, one look, one story. He walked into a craft store, bought a blank hat and adhesive-backed hook-and-loop material, and started prototyping in the garage.

Thirty-one materials and two years later, he had a loop weave that disappeared visually — you'd swear a patch was heat-pressed onto the hat. That's Patchistry Fiber. It covers the entire front panel and brim of every Canvas. The first hats shipped in 2025.

The loop weave that disappears. Most loop materials look tactical — nappy, obvious, you can tell it's Velcro from across the room. Patchistry Fiber is custom-developed to look like a normal polytwill hat from a distance. Patches snap on, hold tight through pool days and rain, peel off clean.

The hidden brand mark. Every Canvas has a brand mark woven into the lining — invisible when worn. "It's not for them. It's a little reminder for the wearer."

The modular philosophy. The brand's position is anti-algorithm self-expression. Customers can rebuild the hat's entire identity in under a minute by swapping patches — same canvas, completely different story. The catalog includes 80+ patches across Signature (statement) and Candyz (accent) collections.
