Coffee Shop Hats
Coffee · Gifts
A gift for a coffee lover should outlast the mug. The Canvas is that hat: a five-panel trucker, $30, in Black, Khaki, or Pink. Patchistry Fiber, our loop weave, covers the front panel and the brim. A Signature patch, $10, is 2.5 inches of UV-printed artwork on a hook back. Patches lift off and re-press, so a Canvas with Espresso Yourself up front is $40 and can wear something else next month. Espresso Yourself, Brewtally Honest, and the $5 Brewtiful mini are coffee patches. The hats are built in Moorpark, California, and shipping inside the US is free.
Build a Coffee Hat
Why give a coffee lover a patch hat instead of a printed coffee hat?
Because a printed coffee hat is a joke told once. It repeats the same line every morning, and the person who loves coffee already owns three mugs that say it. The Canvas takes a patch on the front panel and more along the brim, and they all peel off by hand. The joke can rotate: Espresso Yourself this month, Brewtally Honest the next.
You buy the hat once and the punchline as often as you like, at $10 a Signature and $5 a mini. If the recipient switches to tea in March, the coffee patches come off and the hat stays.
What patches suit a coffee lover?
Five live patches are about coffee, and a sixth, Donut, covers the pastry case. Three of them are on the cards below. There is no latte-art or French-press patch yet.
Espresso Yourself
A round black badge with a pink espresso cup on a saucer, heart-shaped steam with a small smiling face inside it, and the pun lettered in white and pale blue arcing over and under the cup. This one belongs up front. Signature size, 2.5 inches, $10.

Brewtally Honest
A red-bordered rectangle in comic-book yellow with a red starburst and halftone dots behind the words, and a white to-go cup with a blue band marked Coffee tilted along the right edge. It is for the friend who tells you the truth without being asked. Signature size, 2.5 inches, $10.

Brewtiful
A round black mini with a single roasted coffee bean on a yellow sunburst, the word lettered in a pastel yellow-to-pink gradient around the top, and leaves and small flowers along the bottom. It is for the person whose morning does not begin until the second cup. Candyz size, the 1 inch mini, $5.

Three more fill out the coffee lineup. Stay Buzzed is a Signature: pastel neon lettering between bands of honeycomb, coffee beans scattered around the edge, and a small cup with steam, for coffee by day and cocktails by night. The Coffee mini is a steaming yellow mug, and the Donut mini is a pink-frosted ring with sprinkles. Both are 1 inch, $5. The brim takes three minis in a row beneath a Signature on the front panel. Nothing is theme-locked, so a favorite from the best sellers page can share the hat.
If you would rather not guess, the build-yours page lets you pick the hat and patches one at a time.
Does it have to stay on a coffee theme?
No. The front panel and the brim are two surfaces, and nothing pressed onto either one is permanent. Espresso Yourself can hold the front while the brim carries whatever else the person is into. Someone who runs the espresso machine at work can borrow from the chef and kitchen crew page, and Stay Buzzed reads as a bartender patch once the shift ends, so the bartender page is the next stop.
The next patch comes from the best sellers page or the build-yours page. For anyone who shops through an assistant, Patchistry's catalogue is open to AI shopping agents, so a coffee patch can be found and bought there.
What does it cost to build a coffee lover's hat?
A Canvas with one Signature patch is $40: the hat is $30 on its own and the patch is $10. Add the Brewtiful mini on the brim and it is $45. Espresso Yourself, Brewtally Honest, and Stay Buzzed with one Canvas come to $60 before the volume meter.

US shipping is free, orders go out in 1 to 3 business days, and returns run 30 days on unused builds. Every hat is put together in Moorpark, California, and ships from Simi Valley.
A shop owner outfitting the café crew can start on the employee appreciation page, and larger orders go through the wholesale page.
Is the front of the hat hook and loop, and what keeps a coffee patch on?
Yes. The patch carries the hook. The loop side is Patchistry Fiber, our own weave, not a loop panel bought off a roll. It covers the entire front panel and continues across the brim, which is why the brim counts as a second surface.
Press a patch down and the hook grabs the weave across the patch's whole back, which holds through a day out. Peel from a corner and it releases without a fight. The comparison with a generic loop panel is on the Patchistry Fiber versus hook and loop page, and the how it works page covers attaching, swapping, and care.
What do people ask before ordering for a coffee lover?
Mostly shipping, whether the swap is real, and what happens if the pun lands wrong.
How fast does a coffee hat ship?
Orders go out in 1 to 3 business days and US shipping is free. For a birthday, order a week ahead.
Can the coffee lover swap the patches themselves?
Yes. Lift one corner, peel the patch off, and press the next one onto the weave. No iron, no glue, no needle.
Is there a latte-art or French-press patch?
Not yet. Espresso Yourself, Brewtally Honest, and Stay Buzzed are the Signature coffee patches, Brewtiful and Coffee are the coffee minis, and Donut covers the pastry half of the order.
How many patches fit on a coffee hat?
One Signature on the front panel and a second patch on the brim is the simplest build. The 1 inch minis are small enough that three sit in a row on the brim.
Are the coffee patches embroidered?
No. Every patch is UV printed, not stitched: the espresso cup and the to-go cup at 2.5 inches, the bean at 1 inch.
What if the coffee lover does not like it?
Returns run 30 days on unused builds, so let them look at it before they press a patch on; a pressed and peeled patch counts as used. Everything else about returns is on the FAQ page.
