Divorce Party Hats
Divorce Parties · New Chapters
A patch hat for the guest of honor, or one per friend, is a divorce party idea that outlasts the night. The Canvas is a $30 five-panel trucker hat in Black, Khaki, or Pink, with Patchistry Fiber over the front panel and brim. Patches are UV printed with hook backs: a Signature is 2.5 inches for $10, and a Candyz is 1 inch for $5. Every patch lifts off by hand, so the hat can take new patches after the party. Each Canvas is assembled one at a time in Moorpark, California.

Why a patch hat for a divorce party instead of a printed hat or party cups?
A patch hat can change after the party, while a printed hat says one thing for good and party cups go in the trash. Search for divorce party favors and much of what comes back is cups, can coolers, banners, balloons, and stickers, mostly used for one night.
At the party, friends can press patches onto the guest of honor's hat, or everyone can wear a hat of their own.
What patches suit a divorce party?
Unbothered, Main Character, and Lay Low are the three we would put on a divorce party hat, and each is a 2.5-inch Signature. No patch in the catalogue was made for a divorce, and none of these three says anything about an ex. Their product pages describe moods that fit someone starting over.
Unbothered
Its product page puts the wearer firmly in their own lane, at peak main-quest calm. That calm works for a loud party or a quiet one. 2.5 inches, $10.

Main Character
The product page says it is for people who walk in like the scene just started. At a divorce party, the guest of honor is the one walking in. 2.5 inches, $10.

Lay Low
Its product page says it is for the introvert era and every weekend you decide not to go out. It suits the weekends after the party, when staying in is the plan. 2.5 inches, $10.

Unbothered's own product page pairs it with Lay Low and Main Character, and each one also works on its own. All three press onto Black, Khaki, or Pink. The catalogue also has louder, ruder patches for a rowdier party, and every one of them is on the Build Yours page.
Does the hat have to stay about the divorce?
No. Patches press onto the front panel and the brim, so the hat has a second surface to use. Lay Low can stay on the brim when the front panel gets new patches, or all three can come off whenever the wearer is ready.
The best sellers page ranks the last 90 days of orders, and most of it runs cheekier than the three patches above. Build Yours lists every hat patch on one page, which makes it the better place to choose by mood.
Two more pages cover hats for other parties: the milestone birthday hats page for a 30th, 40th, or 50th, and the New Year's Eve hats page for a night that counts down to midnight.
What does it cost to build a divorce party hat?
A Canvas carrying Unbothered, Main Character, and Lay Low lists at $60, which is $30 for the hat and $10 for each of the three Signatures. A Canvas with a single Signature comes to $40.

Orders spend 1 to 3 business days in processing, and delivery to a US address costs nothing. Returns are accepted within 30 days on any unused build. Each hat ships from Simi Valley.
When the plan is a hat for six or more friends, the wholesale and group orders page is where to begin. If an AI assistant is handling the shopping list, how AI shopping agents buy from Patchistry describes what it can do from cart to checkout.
Is the patch surface hook and loop, and how does a patch grip it?
Yes. The hook on the back of a patch grips a loop surface, and on The Canvas that surface is Patchistry Fiber, a weave we developed instead of an off-the-shelf panel. It runs across the front panel and the brim, and it took two years and thirty-one prototypes to get right.
The hook covers the full back of every patch, so it stays on through a day out and still pulls off clean when the mood changes. How Patchistry Fiber differs from standard hook and loop explains the weave, and how it works walks through pressing, swapping, and care.
What do people ask before ordering divorce party hats?
These six cover timing, gift notes, swapping, patch count, printing, and returns.
Will the hats arrive in time for the party?
Usually, if you order at least eight business days out: processing takes 1 to 3 business days, and US delivery typically adds 3 to 5 more. For a sooner party, choose expedited shipping at checkout, and message us before ordering if the date is within 3 days.
Can I ship a hat to a friend with a note instead of bringing it?
Yes. Write the message in the cart note at checkout and it prints on the packing slip. Ticking the gift order box keeps prices off it.
Can the guest of honor change the patches later?
Yes. Each patch pulls away by hand and the next one presses on without sewing, an iron, or glue.
How many patches will one hat hold?
The front panel takes four to six 2.5-inch Signatures or eight to twelve 1-inch Candyz, and most builds mix the two sizes. Two to four more fit along the brim.
Are Unbothered, Main Character, and Lay Low embroidered?
No. They are UV printed, the same as every patch Patchistry sells.
What if the hat does not suit the person it is for?
An unused build can come back within 30 days. A patch that has been peeled off counts as used, so look the hat over before changing anything. The FAQ page has the return terms.
